“…without doubt the most entertaining and thought provoking speaker I’ve seen in years. His Ends topic is arguably the most important yet sadly, rarely spoken about.”

“extremely interesting closing discussion around "ends". Huge opportunity to design ends for our customer service, no one does this well, could solve a lot of problems.”

”This was the kind of talk that you keep thinking about for the days and weeks after. It’s already sparked discussions within the UX and Design team.”

Training

Endineering training sessions provides a great starting point for employees and product development teams.

These can be online, at the pace and scheduled that the individual employee requires. Or onsite, with whole teams, delivered over a single or multiple events.

Aims for the course.
This training course is for companies that want their employees to gain knowledge for creating ends or for teams that want to take practical, first steps with ends on products.

Adaptable for team size and location
The course can be adapted for small teams (3-4), or big departments (over 100) located around the world.

Who is it for?
Companies looking to introduce endings for their departing customers. Build understanding, establish capability, develop a mindset. This course is the first step along that road.
Ends have influences across industry sectors: Banking, Transport, Sales, Healthcare, Entertainment, Start-Ups, FMCG, Digital, and Sustainability are particularly relevant. Teams in these sectors would certainly benefit from it.

Implementation

I offer product specific training that helps business teams focus on a particular product or issue inside the business.

Taking specific product and customer needs from your businesses and applying the principles in the context of the training program can be very beneficial to bedding in this new culture of thinking.

Case studies

Different companies engage with the theme of Endineering in different ways. Below are a few examples others have taken.

One of worlds biggest consultancy firms, headquartered in London. They added annual Endineering training to their employee corporate Continual Professional Education (CPE) program. This was a 3 hour interactive session accessible to all employees.

US Software company specialising in financial software. After doing talks, and the standard Endineering training, we co-developed a series of sessions to focus in on a company product and area of company development. The sessions were a mix of activities around target groups and types of ending scenarios. This needed to have practical applications and output a hypothesis for testing in their product development.

Research and Development foundation. Collaboratively we built a project schedule to look in to endings across the business. This included delivery of presentations, workshops, video lessons, feedback sessions. The client took the findings to then build proposals for integration.
