The best place to start is establishing what you want the consumer to feel after they have left your service. This should be a clear statement but also something you should feel you can return to again and again.
Although there is a flow to the canvas, don’t feel you have to work through this sequentially. Aspects will be hard to know, and may only become clear after you have tested different routes.
